We are pleased to share this special report on most favoured nation clauses in the online travel sector covering the last seven years of developments in the area.

Since the UK’s then competition authority, the OFT first investigated online travel agents’ vertical agreements in September 2010, up to the most recent decision in the e-books case, PaRR has trackd 20 related cases from around the globe.

Although three national cases closed with commitments in 2015, this report shows the developments are far from over and go beyond European borders.
