The Madrid Competition Litigation Seminar offers a unique opportunity to get up to speed on the latest developments in Spain and around Europe in this fast expanding and fascinating area of Law, and at the same time contribute to the current debate on how it might evolve.

It will take place in Madrid with opportunities for informal discussion over coffee or buffet meals, the event will be attended by leading experts from the judiciary, private practice, academia and regulators. It is directed by specialist competition litigator Paul Hitchings and by a Steering Committee team made up of leading European judges, Ignacio Sancho Gargallo, Sir Peter Roth and Marina Tavassi, and regulators, Arantza Golderos (DGCOMP) and Joaquim Hortalá (CNMC).
